Accepting These Terms

Your acceptance of the Terms is what gives you the right to use the Service. That acceptance happens automatically the moment you begin using Viora AI — there is no separate click-through required beyond installing or opening the app.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, references to "you" in this document refer both to you personally and to that entity.

Changes to the Terms & the Service

We may update these Terms from time to time — whenever new features, regulatory requirements, technology shifts, or operational changes call for it. When a change is material, we will let you know through reasonable means, either inside the Service or otherwise, as required by the law that applies to you. Unless we say otherwise, an updated version takes effect from the date it is posted, and continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the new version.

Viora AI itself may also evolve. We reserve the right to add, remove, suspend, throttle, or retire features, in whole or in part, at any time and without owing you anything, to the extent the law permits.

Our IP & Your License to Use Viora AI

Everything that powers Viora AI — the source code, machine-learning models, algorithms, user interface, design system, templates, illustrations, copy, brand assets, and trademarks — belongs to us or to our licensors, and is protected by intellectual-property law worldwide. The only exception is content you generate or upload, which is addressed separately below.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes.

Nothing else is implied. Rights that are not expressly granted in this document are reserved. Using the Service outside the scope of this license may lead to suspension, termination, and — where appropriate — legal action.

Who Can Use Viora AI & Child Safety

Age requirements

Viora AI is intended only for users who meet the minimum age set by the law that applies to them (generally 18). Use by anyone below that minimum age is not permitted under any circumstances.

If you are 18 or above but have not yet reached the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only if a parent or legal guardian agrees, on your behalf, to be bound by these Terms and supervises your use.

Zero tolerance — CSAM & child exploitation

Viora AI has a strict zero-tolerance position on Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and on every form of child exploitation. Even though Viora AI is built for personal creativity, using any of its AI tools, templates, or pipelines to produce, edit, manipulate, or process material that sexualizes a minor — whether the depicted person is real, fictional, illustrated, AI-generated, implied, or merely suggested — is absolutely forbidden.

By accessing the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Forbidden inputs & outputs: You will not submit, generate, or attempt to generate any material that depicts a minor in a sexual context, or any content that supports child abuse, exploitation, or endangerment.
• No distribution loophole: Viora AI does not provide in-app social sharing. Nevertheless, producing CSAM via Viora AI — even for storage or for sharing through other channels — violates these Terms and the law.

How we enforce this

Safety is engineered into Viora AI from the ground up. The product runs on curated templates and guided flows — it is not an open-ended generation playground. These flows are designed and tested specifically to keep minors out of any compromised or sexualized scenario.

• Trusted AI partners: We work with leading model providers and rely on their safety classifiers and content-moderation APIs to identify and reject violating inputs before they ever reach a generation step.
• Monitoring & reporting: Content stored privately on your device is not accessed by us. However, automated safety signals may be evaluated during upload, processing, or generation. Activity suspected of involving CSAM may result in enforcement, account loss, and — where the law requires — reporting to NCMEC or local law enforcement.
• Permanent bans: Anyone caught attempting to jailbreak, circumvent, or reverse-engineer our safeguards in order to generate CSAM will be permanently banned, without warning.

Things You Must Not Do

You may only use Viora AI for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. The list below is illustrative — not exhaustive — of behavior that is strictly off-limits:

• Breaking any law, regulation, or court order that applies to you;
• Uploading, generating, or processing material that is illegal, deceptive, abusive, obscene, hateful, violent, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise barred by these Terms;
• Infringing on or misappropriating intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or any other rights belonging to a third party;
• Bypassing, weakening, or otherwise interfering with security mechanisms, technical safeguards, or usage limits;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service, or trying to extract its source code or underlying models, except where the law explicitly allows it;
• Deploying bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any other automated tooling to access the Service or pull data from it without our prior written approval;
• Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful payloads, or using Viora AI to send spam;
• Sharing your credentials with anyone else, or letting another person use your account on your behalf;
• Anything else that violates applicable laws, App Store / Google Play policies, or other regulatory expectations we are subject to.

Content You Provide

Images and videos you submit to Viora AI — whether as a source for a template, a reference, or any other input — are referred to as your "User Content". You keep ownership of your User Content, subject to the limited licenses described below.

Viora AI is a curated, template-driven creation tool — not a social network or content-publishing platform. You may save generated outputs locally for your personal use, but the Service does not offer any in-app feed, profile, or sharing surface where your User Content would become visible to other users.

By submitting User Content, you grant Viora AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, transiently store, and process that content strictly to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. We will not use your User Content to train AI models unless you have given us explicit, informed consent, as further explained in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely accountable for the User Content you submit, and you confirm that you hold all the rights, permissions, releases, and consents required to provide it and have it processed by Viora AI.

How AI Features Work

Some features of Viora AI use automated, algorithmic, or AI-based pipelines (the "AI Features"). Anything you provide to these features is the "Input"; anything the Service produces in return is the "Output". For the purposes of these Terms, both Inputs and Outputs are treated as User Content.

Caveats about Outputs

AI Outputs are produced automatically, and they may contain mistakes, distortions, or simply not reflect what you had in mind. The same template, prompt, or photo may yield similar Outputs for different users — you should not assume that an Output is unique to you. Always review an Output and verify it independently before relying on it for anything that matters.

Viora AI is not a substitute for professional advice. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated guidance, and you agree not to treat any Output as if it were such advice. You use every Output at your own risk.

Safety filters, withheld outputs & Coins restoration

Automated safety mechanisms run alongside generation to flag requests or Outputs that appear to violate these Terms or that contain otherwise objectionable material. When that happens, we may surface an in-app notice and withhold the Output from being shown to you.

Where applicable, and as indicated inside the app, if an Output is withheld because of automated safety enforcement or a technical issue, the Coins used for that generation may be returned to your in-app balance. A Coins restoration is an in-app credit only — it is not a cash refund and does not entitle you to any monetary payment.

To help us keep the Service safe, both template pages and result pages expose a visible Report control so you can flag anything that looks off.

Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

Types of purchases

You can pay to unlock additional functionality through:

• Auto-renewing subscriptions that grant ongoing access to certain features or usage quotas; and
• One-time / consumable purchases, such as in-app credits or usage tokens we refer to as "Coins".

All charges are processed by the platform you bought through (the Apple App Store or Google Play), and are subject to that platform's terms, billing rules, and refund processes. Pricing, billing cadence, and available offers can vary by region, and you will see the applicable details before completing a purchase.

Auto-renewal

Unless you cancel before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. On the Apple App Store, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. On Google Play, cancellation can be done at any time and will take effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain access until then. Uninstalling Viora AI or deleting your account does not by itself cancel an active subscription.

Managing a subscription

To change or cancel a subscription, head to the platform where you bought it:

• Apple App Store: manage through your Apple ID account settings.
• Google Play: manage via the Google Play app or your Google account.

Refunds

Cash refunds are handled exclusively by the platform that processed your payment. Viora AI cannot issue cash refunds directly for purchases made through Apple or Google Play.

• Apple App Store: refunds follow Apple's published policies.
• Google Play: refunds follow Google's published policies. Past subscription periods are typically non-refundable. Unauthorized charges may be eligible for a refund if reported within 120 days of the transaction.

In limited situations — for example, when an Output is withheld by automated safety enforcement, when a suspected policy violation is later cleared, or when a generation fails due to a technical issue — we may, at our discretion, credit Coins back to your in-app balance. Any Coins credited this way have no monetary value outside the Service, cannot be transferred, and may be subject to additional conditions.

Consumables are final sales

Unless the law applicable to you says otherwise, every purchase of a consumable in-app item (Coins, credits, or any other usage token) is final and non-refundable once the transaction has gone through, even if you have not yet used the item. Fees already paid for an active subscription period are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rated credits for unused time inside a paid billing cycle.

Account deletion & asset forfeiture

Privacy, GDPR & CCPA

How we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information is covered in the Viora AI Privacy Policy, which you should read alongside these Terms.

If you are based in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the GDPR (and its local equivalents) applies to the way your personal information is processed. You enjoy rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA — as updated by the CPRA — applies. You may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion or correction, and, where applicable, opt out of certain data-sharing activities.

To exercise any of these rights, follow the steps laid out in the Privacy Policy. We will reply within the timeframes required by the law that applies to you.

No Warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, Viora AI is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory.

That means we disclaim every implied warranty, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not promise that the Service will run without interruption, be free of bugs or harmful code, stay secure, or that any Output will meet your specific needs or expectations.

Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies to you, Viora AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or damage to goodwill — arising out of, or in connection with, your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims under these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100, unless the law that applies to you requires a higher figure.

Ending Your Use of Viora AI

You can walk away from Viora AI whenever you like — simply stop using the Service. On our side, we may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you have breached these Terms or if continued access would create legal or regulatory risk for us.

When termination happens, every license granted to you under these Terms ends immediately, and you must stop using the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual-property ownership, disclaimers, limits on liability, and contact provisions) will continue to apply.
